DEFINITION OF INPUT FILE NAMES:
- One Patient Case per folder that contains all exported files
Example: C:\TestData\Import\GH3\Normal\
TVI: TRACES FILES FROM ECHOPAC (save as text files)
4Cv.txt - Segment id 6 and 3 from 4-chamber view (2 ROI, set septal wall first then lateral wall)
3Cv.txt - Segment id 4 and 1 from 3-chamber view (2 ROI, set anterior septal wall first then posterior wall)
2Cv.txt - Segment id 5 and 2 from 2-chamber view (2 ROI, set inferior wall first then anterior wall)
IRv.txt - Segment id 7 from 4-chamber view (1 ROI)
MRv.txt - Segment id 8 (1 ROI)
ARv.txt - Segment id 9 (1 ROI)
Example: 4Cv.txt (v = velocities) => 2 ROI
TVI: TRACES FILES FROM ECHOPAC ONLY 4C and 3 ROI, FETAL (save as text files)
4CRv.txt - Segment id 7, 6 and 3 from 4-chamber view (3 ROI, set right wall first then septal wall and lateral wall)
Example: 4CRv.txt (v = velocities) => 3 ROI
FLOW: DICOM IMAGES FROM ECHOPAC (save as rawdicom files)
Aorta,
Pulmonalis,
Mitralis,
Tricuspidalis,
Vena Cava and
Lung Vein
Example: A9NFCTOA (no file extension)
STRAIN SL: 2DS TRACES FROM ECHOPAC (choose SL and click store traces)
These files are automatically generated by Ecopac.

STRAIN SL: SI TRACES FROM ECHOPAC.
4Cs.txt (basal- septal, basal-lateral; mid-septal, mid-lateral; apical-lateral, apiacal-lateral) => 4 - 6 ROI
3Cs.txt (basal- inf.lat, basal-ant.sept; mid-inf.lat, mid-ant.sept; apical-inf.lat, apical-ant.sept) => 4 - 6 ROI
2Cs.txt (basal- inf, basal-ant; mid-inf, mid-ant; apical-inf, apical-ant) => 4 - 6 ROI
IRs.txt (basal, mid, apical) => 2 - 3 ROI
MRs.txt (basal, mid, apical) => 2 - 3 ROI

Example of Export from EchoPac:
1. Select TVI image.
2.
Set sample areas.
3.
Right click and select "Export Traces" choose a name for example 4Cv.txt .
4. Repeat with other TVI images.
5. Select flow image and Save As
"rawdicom.
6. Repeat with other flow images.
7. If strain data is available, export traces as descibed above.
